A fine Royal Worcester porcelain pot pourri and cover, dated 1903. The very large pot pourri painted to the front, with a spray of flowers, heightened in gilt. The reverse, with a further spray of flowers, all on a blush ivory ground. Set upon a moulded, circular pedestal foot, with further gilding.
The pierced crown cover, having gilt scroll moulding to the rim, and surmounted by a foliate final.
Puce printed factory mark, date code for 1903, model number 2048, and Registration number to the base.
Height – 45.5 cm, 17 7/8”.
Diameter – 23 cm, 9 1/8”.
Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
