Pair Imari porcelain vases, Japane, c. 1890, Meiji Period. The vases painted with shaped panels containing flowering trees, before fences, divided by large stylised birds, on a foliage strewn ground.
The bases with continuous lappet motif.
Decorated in typical Imari colours.
Height – 26 cm, 10 1/8”.
Diameter – 16 cm, 6 1/4”.
Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
