New Hall porcelain clip handled cream jug, c. 1790. The helmet shaped jug, set upon a circular, pedestal foot, and having a ‘clip handle’. Hand painted in Chinese Expirt style, with sprigs of flowers, in puce enamel.
Height – 9.5 cm, 3 3/4”.
Width – 10.7 cm, 4 2/8”.
Condition – Very minor wear to the enamel, commensurate with its age. No damage. No restoration.
