A rare Masons Ironstone miniature jug, c. 1815. The conical jug, painted in the Imari style, with flowering plants growing behind a fence.
Having a gilt scroll handle attached to the side of the jug.
Height – 4.5 cm, 1 3/4”.
Width – 4.5 cm, 1 3/4”.
Condition – Short firing crack to the spout, where it attaches to the body. Some typical wear to the gilding. No restoration.
