Chinese cloisonné censer and cover, c. 1890, Qing Dynasty. The globular censer, enamelled with flowering plants, on a black ground, beneath a band of ruyi lappets. Having twin gilt metal fo dog head ring handles, and set upon scroll feet.
The pierced cover, similarly decorated, and having a fo dog finial.
Height – 18.5 cm, 7 1/4”.
Width – 15.2 cm, 6”.
Condition – Typical wear to the gilding. No repair.
