Some say the antique syndrome surfaced to offset the newness of the land, the homes, and the settlers. Some say the interest was initiated by a desire to return to the roots of yesterday. Chamberlains Worcester porcelain cream jug, pattern No.342, c. 1810. The cream jug, exuberantly decorated in Imari style, with panels of flowering plants.
Having a scroll handle, with gilt decoration.

Height – 12 cm, 4 3/4”.
Width – 14 cm, 5 1/2”.

Condition – Slight wear to the gilding. No restoration. No damage.
