Rare Chelsea Porcelain Famille Rose ‘Ho Ho Bird’ Beaker, circa 1750

An extremely rare Chelsea porcelain beaker, circa 1750. The raised anchor period beaker of fluted form, and painted in the famille rose palette, with an exotic bird, perched amongst flowering peony, above blue rocks. The reverse with a single green insect. Painted internally with a single flower.
Measures: Height 6 cm, 2 3/8”.
Diameter 7 cm, 2 3/4”.
Condition: Some chips to the rim, please see images for detail. No restoration.
