A large Chinese porcelain Qilin, late 19th century, Qing dynasty. The vigorously modelled, seated beast, having black glazed eyes, an open mouth, and a large horn. Covered in a turquoise glaze.
Measures: Height 35.5 cm, 14”.
Width 21.5 cm, 8 1/2”.
Depth 18.5 cm, 7 1/4”.
Condition: Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
