A Staffordshire pottery figure group, c. 1850, 'Death Of Nelson'. Typically modelled as Nelson laid between two officers, his hat at his feetdecorated in underglaze cobalt blue, and overgraze enamels.
Titled 'Death of Nelson' in gilt script.

Medium: Earthenware.

Condition: Some typical minor wear to the gilt and enamels. No damage. No restoration.
