'Sevres' style carriage clock. Hunting scenes.


A French ormolou carriage clock, c. 1880. Having Sevres style porcelain panels, painted with hunting scenes of men riding horses through woodland; one panel painted with a huntsman and his hound. The clock face behind glass, all within a gilt bronze case, engraved with floral scrollwork and stylised acanthus leaves.
The clock surmounted by a swing handle.
Eight day movement fully working.
