Pair Royal Worcester porcelain vases. Thistle decoration, dated 1897.

Pair of Royal Worcester porcelain vases, dated 1897. Painted with moulded panels of thistles, amongst other flowering plants, on a blush ivory ground. The panels divided by a heavily moulded ground, above acanthus leaf, and below scroll handles. Both vases, set upon circular pedestal feet.
Puce printed factory marks, and date code for 1897, with model number ‘’1839’.
Height - 26.5 cm, 10 1/2”.
Condition - Excellent. No damage. No restoration.

Medium: Porcelain.
