Pair of English porcelain plates, c. 1830. The centres finely painted in coloured enamels, with studies of flowers. The rims moulded with lilac coloured leaves, heightened with gilding, and interspersed by a gilded seaweed motif.
Typical wear to the gilding. No damage. No restoration.
