Pair Chinese cloisonne bowls and covers, 18th Century, Qing Dynasty. Both bowls enamelled with the ‘Eight Buddhistic Symbols’, in gilt wires, on a turquoise ground, within gilt metal panels, and continuous ruyi head, and lappet borders. Having gilt metal mask heads, holding ring handles.
The covers similarly decorated.
Height - 11 cm, 4 3/8”.
Diameter - 15.2 cm, 6”.
Condition - Some chipping to the turquoise enamel, and wear to the gilding, commensurate with age. No repair.

Medium: Cloisonne enamel.
