Nantgarw porcelain square shaped dish. London decorated.


A fine and rare Nantgarw porcelain dish, c. 1820. The deep, square shaped dish moulded at the rim with scrolls, and floral scroll, tied with bows, then heightened in gilt. London decorated to the centre with a hand painted spray of roses, within a squared laurel wreath of roses.
Impressed 'Nantgarw CW' to the reverse.
Dimensions - 24.5cm x 24.5cm. 9 5/8" x 9 5/8".
Condition - Small chip to footrim. Otherwise in perfect condition. No restoration.
