A good Japanese onlsid bronze vase by Koruda of Kyoto, Meiji Period. The baluster shaped bronze vase, finely chiselled with trees and plants, then onlaid with various mixed alloys metals including, shibuichi, shakudo, gold and silver to create leaves, flowers, and two insects.
Signed to the base - Kyoto Kuroda zo and Kazuaki.
Height - 24.5 cm.9 5/8"
Condition - Excellent original condition. No damage. No repatination.
