A Coalport porcelain cup and saucer, c. 1845. Sumptuously hand painted in Sevres style, with quatrelobed panels of exotic birds, in the style of John Randall. The borders with numerous panels of single flowers, within gilt dot borders, on a pink ground, within a dentil rim. The cup with an entwined twig handle, heightened with gilt.
‘CBD’ monogram to the base of both items.
Height of cup - 6.5 cm, 2 1/2”.
Diameter of saucer - 13 cm, 5 1/8”.
Condition - Perfect. No damage. No restoration.

Medium: Porcelain.

Signed/Inscribed: ‘CBD’ monogram to the base of both items.
