Chinese porcelain globular vase, Guangxu Mark and Period.


A Chinese porcelain globular vase, Guangxu Mark and period, c. 1890. The vase painted in famille rose enamels, with lotus heads amongst floral scroll, upon a yellow ground. The body moulded to the rim, with a dragon and a bat, enamelled in iron red.
Guangxu six character mark in iron red, and of the period, to the base. Unglazed, burnt orange foot rim.

Medium: Porcelain.

Condition: Some typical minor wear to the enamels. Otherwise in perfect condition. No damage. No restoration.
