Chinese porcelain Crested mug, c.1760. Qianlong Period.


Chinese Export porcelain mug, c. 1770. Painted in famille rose enamels, with the initials ‘JG’, within a shield, surrounded by a floral swag, beneath a ribbon, suspended from a further swag. Painted to either side with sprays of flowers, beneath an underglaze blue painted rim. The mug having a double strap handle, wiith flowerhead and leaf terminals, decorated in underglaze blue.
Height - 12 cm, 4 6/8”.
Condition - Perfect.
