Chinese Famile Rose Boy Water Dropper

A Chinese Famille Rose waterdropper, Jaiqing, c. 1820. Modelled as a kneeling boy, wearing a yellow tunic, decorated with flower heads, and red trousers. He holds a shaped bowl, moulded to the interior, with a flowerhead, over an aperture. An aperture to his head, behind his top knot, to fill with water.

Condition: Short hairline to rim of bowl. Otherwise perfect. No restoration.
