A Chamberlain Worcester porcelain mug, dated 1814. Finely painted in sepia, with a titled view of ‘Worcester’, showing the river, bridge, and cathedral, within a gilt panel. Having a finely gilded birder of urns and swags, above a floral spray, and the monogram ‘RB’.
The base of the interior marbelled.
Iron red inscription to the base ‘North West view of the City of Worcester, August 2nd 1814’
Height - 10.2 cm, 44”.
Condition - Perfect condition. No damage. No restoration.
