Caughley porcelain cream jug.


A Caughley porcelain cream jug, c. 1785. The jug of fluted and waisted form, with wide pouring lip and having a raised double indented handle with pronounced kick, inner spur and scroll terminal. Printed to the body in underglaze blue, with the 'Pagoda' pattern.

Condition: Wear to the gilding. Otherwise in perfect condition. No restoration.
