A Japanese Ivory okimono, Meiji Period. Intricately carved as the Immortals and other figures, tightly gathered, with their attributes, around a gnarled pine tree.
The base carved with a fly whisk and scroll upon a stylised scroll motif. Applied with a red lacquer tablet bearing the signature of the carver.
