A Staffordshire pottery figure, c. 1850. Well modelled as a leopard striding through the jungle. Decorated in underglaze and overglaze enamels, and set upon a shaped base, embellished with a single gilt line.
Thomas Parr factory.
Height – 18.4 cm, 7 1/4″.
Length – 20.5 cm, 8 1/8″.
Condition – Some typical minor wear to the enamels.
