Pair Meissen porcelain candlesticks.

A rare pair of Meissen candlesticks, c. 1860. The Classical form sticks moulded with four mask heads, beneath an architectural sconce; along a tall column, terminating with a finely mouldering laurel wreath, set above a square pedestal, which is moulded with a continuous arch motif. The details picked out in pastel colours, and highlighted with gilding.

Underglaze blue Crossed swords, and incised numbers to the bases.
